Through the Estimates tab, Estimates can be created by clicking on the +Create New Estimate button.  This process is the same as creating invoices, however, allows your client the opportunity to Accept or Request Changes when the estimate is received.

Clicking the "Accept" or "Request Changes" buttons will generate and send an email to the BillingOrchard user, alerting them so the Estimate can be converted to an invoice or the requested changes can be made and the estimate resent to the client for review.

Should you wish to convert an existing Estimate to an Invoice, click on the Estimates tab then click "CONVERT to Invoice" next to the estimate to be converted.  This process will immediately convert your estimate to an invoice.
