Depending on the merchant account you're using, your merchant account charges access may be titled:
To access this area, click on Payscape Charges (or Authorize.Net Charges) under the Account section. Once inside, you can view your Payscape Credit Card and ACH transactions, and filter by client, date or invoice number. You can also retry declined auto payment transactions by selecting the link available.
Additionally, you can issue a CREDIT, if the transaction has already been settled. If the transaction has not yet been settled, you can issue a VOID. After clicking on the Credit/Void link, you will be able to choose the amount to refund, and whether it's a credit or a void.
