Update Invoice Status



Sometimes it is necessary for an invoice status to be updated.  For example, there may be an invoice with a status of DRAFT which isn't appearing in certain reports.  Updating this status to UNPAID or PAID, for example, will allow that invoice to be included in certain reports within your system.  


To update the status of a particular invoice or group of invoices, follow these steps:


1. Click the Invoices tab


2. Select the invoice(s) with status(es) to be updated by selecting the check boxes on the left


3. Click Send


4. Select the option: "Mark as Sent (No longer Draft)"


5. Click Send
